I am a student at Km/Zahira College,Kalmunai. I did my O/L last year and got 8A,B and my district rank is 02. I heard that this scholarship is awarded for the students who were selected from all 25 districts on the criteria of merit-cum-means based on their performance at the GCE ‘O’ Level examinations 2007. As I have got rank 02 in Ampara district, I hope I can get this scholarship under your criteria.
